Hello CLS families and welcome to 2024! This year we are elevating the fundraiser and need your help! So, what does elevate mean…

• We are excited to share that the fundraiser and golf event are moving to a Friday! Please mark your calendar for Friday, April 26th.
• The fundraiser event will start at 5:30pm and end at 10:30pm.
• The theme is Yacht Rock, so come in your most creative nautistyles! A contest will take place to vote on the best dressed! 
• We will have a yacht rock band and a DJ for an epic night of music. Get your dance moves ready! 
• We have upgraded our SWAG game and will have all new CLS logo’ed items for giveaway and sale! 
• In addition, for golf, we are including a 9-hole option for those that don’t want to play 18 as well as a golf clinic led by pros with a putting contest at the end.
• Both events are being held at Papago Golf Club located at 5595 E Karsten Wy, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

Now, for the important stuff! By participating in the golf event and fundraiser, CLS families can help CLS ELEVATE our kids’ experience at school. Here are a few ways: 

·  STEM - (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) CLS is investing in STEM education, and we need your support. The school plans to buy STEM educational products across all grades that will include items such as mobile 3D printers, gravity cruisers, and much more. Since this is a major investment by the school, we are hoping to offset some costs with money raised at the fundraiser. 

·  SCOREBOARDS – CLS must replace the scoreboards in the gym. The school has sourced a vendor and placed the order but needs our assistance raising funds to pay for them. 

·  PICKLEBALL – Last year’s fundraiser was all about new sports equipment! We can all agree the temporary pickleball courts were a huge hit with the students. Due to the demand, Principal Doyle already decided to fund the expense of building permanent courts. If you’ve been on campus, you’ve probably noticed these nice looking courts! They’ve been popular among all grade levels! We need to raise funds for the already installed new courts, as well as additional balls and paddles.
